1. Free trial
Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial so you can decide before paying anything. No charge is made until the trial ends.
2. Monthly plans
You can cancel a monthly plan anytime. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period, with no further charges after that.
3. Annual plans
Annual plans may be eligible for a prorated refund within the first 30 days. Reach out and we'll sort it out fairly.
4. How to request a refund
Contact our support team with your account details and reason. We aim to review every request within a few business days.
